1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pram Cleaning website and services provided by Pram Cleaning ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
We provide professional cleaning and repair services for baby equipment including prams, pushchairs, car seats, highchairs, and accessories. Service descriptions and pricing are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
3. Bookings & Orders
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- By completing a booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
- We will confirm your booking via email. The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.
- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the service and volume of orders.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is required at the time of booking, either in full or as a deposit, depending on the option selected.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Additional charges may apply for express services, home collection, packaging boxes, or extensive stain/mould removal beyond the standard clean.
5. Collection & Delivery
- Drop-off: You may drop items at one of our listed locations during opening hours.
- Home collection: We offer collection from your address. Items will be received the next working day after collection.
- Parcel shop / Post: You may send items via parcel shop or Royal Mail. Postage costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- We are not responsible for damage or loss during transit where a third-party courier is used. We recommend using a tracked service.
6. Care & Liability
- We take the utmost care with all items. However, some stains, discolouration, or wear may not be fully removable.
- We are fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, we will repair or compensate for the item up to its fair market value.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are structurally compromised prior to cleaning.
- Please remove all personal belongings from your items before handing them over. We are not responsible for lost personal items.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel a booking before we begin work on your items. Please contact us as soon as possible.
- If you cancel after work has commenced, we reserve the right to charge for the work already completed.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment method.
- We do not offer refunds for completed services where the work has been carried out to a professional standard.
8. Express Services
Express (same-day or next-day) services are only available for items dropped off at our locations and are subject to availability. Express surcharges apply as displayed at the time of booking.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Pram Cleaning and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
